After you’ve shopped all the latest menswear finds on The Hip Store, head to the top of the page and click on the orange ‘checkout’ button. Once you’re on the shopping cart page, scroll down past your order details and to the left of your order total, you’ll see a white box to enter your discount code. Click ‘redeem’ to update your total, and choose ‘checkout securely’ to continue. You’ll then be given the option to checkout as a guest, or login to your account. Complete your billing and shipping information to finalise your purchase.

You’ll have 14 days to let The Hip Store know you’d like to return your order, with a further 14 days to send the goods back. Post returns back with a carrier that offers proof of postage, with any return postage charges are non-refundable. Returns are usually processed within a few days of the goods being received back. Please allow a further week for a refund to show on your account. You can also make returns to the store, if you’ve paid by PayPal, credit or debit card and you have a dispatch note.
UK standard delivery is FREE on all orders $150 and over at The Hip Store. Orders under $150 cost $4 with a 2-3 working day delivery time. Orders that are placed before 4pm between Monday and Friday are usually sent out the same day and delivered within 48 hours. Need your The Hip Store purchase faster? Just choose the next day delivery option for $6. European Orders by DPD International are available for $11.95, rest of the world orders from '$14.95 and Republic of Ireland shipping fees are $6.50.
