Once on the shopping bag, review your items and scroll down to the white rectangle with ‘add gift card/promotional code’. Enter a valid discount code and click ‘apply code’ to deduct from your order total. Select the orange ‘checkout’ and be you’ll be given the option to sign in as a registered customer, proceed as a guest or proceed and register. Fill in shipping and billing information, and your payment details to place your order.

Returns are accepted by STYLEBOP.com within 14 days after the order was delivered, and items must be in the original condition, not worn, not washed and with all the tags and labels still attached. In order to make a FREE return, you’ll need to generate a return authorization number (RAN) online within your account or by contacting Customer Service. Print a copy of the confirmation email containing your RAN and place it inside your return package, then seal your package. Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of your return package and arrange for pick-up of your return package by calling the courier shown on your shipping label.
You can get your STYLEBOP.com item shipped out for FREE on orders over €300, if you’re in Germany, Austria, UK, Netherlands, Italy or France. For any orders under €300, European delivery varies by country from €3.95 to €25. Orders to the US costs $25, and deliveries to Australia is A$40.
