You can return items to LUISAVIAROMA within 28 days of the order’s delivery date, and original tags must be intact and attached. Visit the LUISAVIAROMA site to request a return, and the returns process is FREE when shipped with the courier provided. Refunds will then reach your account in under 10 days, dependent on your bank or credit card issuer. If you want a different size or a different color, items can also be exchanged rather than refunded.
Shipping on LUISAVIAROMA is FREE. Worldwide delivery is available using UPS, DHL or FEDEX, but unfortunately won’t be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
