After you’ve finished shopping on Neiman Marcus, all you need to do is click on the black 'checkout' button in the top right corner. You'll be redirected to the shopping bag page where you can instantly find the promo code box at the top right side, just above the order subtotal. Once you've typed in the promo code and clicked the apply button, you should see the discount automatically in your order total. You'll then be redirected to the billing and shipping pages where you can complete your order.
Retailer policies
Items can be returned to Neiman Marcus within 30 days of delivery, but must be unworn and in their original condition. A return fee of $9.95 will apply for: all clearance items, all items returned after 15 days of delivery, and items marked as 'Return Fees Apply.' To make an online return, log in to your Neiman Marcus account to complete the online returns form. Your parcel can then be shipped using their prepaid service with insurance, and make sure to include a copy of the receipt.
Neiman Marcus offers FREE standard shipping for all orders placed before 12pm which takes 3-5 working days once it;s been shipped. Second Business Day shipping is available for $15 and takes 2-3 working days. Next Business Day shipping can be selected for $25 and takes 1-2 working days, while Same Day shipping is available to some states for $20.
