Promotion instructions
Finished shopping all the latest arrivals on Kinfolk? Simply click on the ‘cart’ in the top right corner, and followed by the black and white ‘checkout’ button. You’ll then be given the option to create an account, log into an existing one or checkout as a guest. The next page asks for your payment details, and in the right column you’ll see a white rectangle for you to add in your coupon code. Once the code has been added correctly, click ‘apply coupon’. You can then enter your shipping information in the next step, before placing your order on the confirmation page.
Retailer policies
Returns and exchanges are accepted by Kinfolk within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re in an unworn, undamaged condition with all original tags attached. Before initiating a return, please email customerservice@kinfolklife.com. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return postage will be at your own cost. Unfortunately, any ‘final sale’ items cannot be refunded.
Spend over $150 on one order at Kinfolk and enjoy FREE US ground shipping. For any US orders placed under $150, shipping fees are charged at $8. Live outside of the US? You can still get your Kinfolk package delivered with an international flat rate of $50. Once your order is shipped, you’ll be sent an email with a USPS tracking number so you can track progress on the courier’s website.
