Nike's Flyknit upper was inspired by feedback from runners who wanted a shoe that provided the snug fit of a sock. Part of a four-year process, the Flyknit was developed into the featherweight range it is today. Exceptionally strong but effortlessly light, the yarn is knitted into different textures to remove unnecessary weight. Minimizing waste and materials with its single strand construction, the Flyknit is offered across football, running, basketball and sportswear sneakers. Flexible and comfortable, the upper is practically seamless providing a barefoot-like feel.
