Shopped all the must-have pieces on Farfetch? Get them before they go, and begin the checkout process by clicking on the black shopping bag icon or choose ‘checkout’ when you’ve finished adding your items to the cart. You’ll then be given options to checkout out via Facebook, sign in, create an account or guest checkout. The next page displays your shipping address and shopping bag contents. Scroll down to ‘Have a promo code?’ and enter a valid promo code in the white box below, before selecting ‘apply’. Once your total has updated, you can continue to shipping and payment pages to finalise your purchase.

To make a return to Farfetch, the item needs to be unworn, have original tags still attached, be with it's packaging, and sent back within 14 days following your original delivery date. You can return an item for FREE by arranging a complimentary pick-up through your Farfetch account. Or, you can take your order to the nearest Doddle location. Just fill out the forms that came with your purchase, and choose "in-store" as the return option in your Farfetch account.
Farfetch doesn't consistently offer free delivery; however, if your order totals $100 or more, they offer a flat-rate fee based on the lowest delivery option for your item. Occasionally, Farfetch has free delivery promotions, and you can be notified the next time it's offered by signing up for their newsletter. To completely wave the delivery fees, you can choose click and collect to pick up your order for free.
