With over 495.9M views on TikTok, the Pink Sauce has become an overnight internet sensation. Created by Miami-based private chef Carly Pii (@chef.pii) — who remains tight-lipped about what it tastes like and is now selling it for $20 a bottle — the mysterious sauce is a testament to the colour’s appeal to all our senses. After having survived backlash on social media, the sauce is now ready to be relaunched, and a shelf-stable version is heading to stores thanks to a partnership with sauve company Dave’s Gourmet.
