Retailer policies
You can return unworn items with all original tags attached to The Dreslyn for a refund within 20 days of the order date. Contact the customer service team to request a return authorisation number (RA#), as any returns without an RA# will not be processed. Fill out the Return and Exchange forms included with your order and place the documents inside the package. Write the RA# on the outside of the return box, and use the pre-paid FedEx return label that’s provided to ship it back within 20 days of the RA# issue date. All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
The Dreslyn offers FREE US domestic ground shipping for orders over $150. If you’re in the US and need faster delivery, you can also choose Fed-Ex Next-Day or Two-Day Express. There’s same day delivery between 11am-5pm on weekdays if you’re living in the greater Los Angeles area, but only on orders placed before 10am. International Express shipping is offered to Canada, Mexico, Australia, South Korea, Japan and the rest of the world from $20-$45. Tax or import duties do not apply to orders shipped within the United States, but any international deliveries may be subject to additional duties, taxes and custom fees. This is not covered by The Dreslyn at checkout and will need to be paid at delivery.
