Finished shopping on Robert Graham? Click on the black shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the page, or the black ‘checkout’ button when you’ve added the final item to your cart. You’ll then be given the option to create an account, checkout as a guest or as a returning customer. The next page shows your order summary on the right, and you’ll need to enter your billing details on the left before clicking ‘save and continue’. Choose your shipping method and enter your payment information, before scrolling down and adding in your promo code in the rectangle underneath. Select ‘apply’, and then the ‘save and continue’ button to complete your purchase.
Retailer policies
It’s FREE to return any unworn or defective items with an original sales receipt to Robert Graham, as long as it’s within 21 days of purchase. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. You’ll need to email returns@robertgraham.us to get your RA (Return Authorization) number and mail your return via FedEx using the pre-paid Merchandise Return Label. As soon your return is processed, you’ll be emailed a confirmation and be refunded within 30 days. You can also return items to a Robert Graham store with your proof of purchase.
Robert Graham offers FREE 3-day shipping on all US orders. For an additional cost, you can choose Fedex 2-day shipping, Fedex standard overnight or Fedex international priority. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped with estimated delivery time. There’s also international shipping to over 100 countries worldwide, and you can check for exemptions on the Robert Graham website.
