This will take you straight to the billing and shipping page, where you'll find the promo code box located in the payment information section at step 4 of the checkout process. Once you've entered your promo code exactly as it's printed on the coupon, click the apply button and finish entering your payemt info to place your order securely. You'll also be able to sign up to be a free Moosejaw Rewards Member on this page which will give you access to a whole host of discounts and promos.
Retailer policies
At Moosejaw you can return most items for an exchange or refund at any time as long as it's still in sellable condition - this means the item should be unworn, unwashed, and with no stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells. It needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags still attached. All electronic items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, while items such as drones and rooftop tents must be returned within 15 days of purchase. If you're returning a pair of shoes or boots, you'll also need to provide the shoe box back in order to get your refund. You can either bring your return and invoice to a Moosejaw store or mail the return back. If returning via mail, simply visit the Moosejaw returns page to create a prepaid UPS Ground return label. Make sure any existing labels are covered and hand over your return at your local UPS drop-off point. Please note that a $7.95 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping.
You can avail of FREE 4-6 working day shipping as well as free 2-day at Moosejaw for all orders over $49, or orders with Moosejaw items over $12.00. If your order is under $49, the standard shipping option will cost $4.95, while the 2-day shipping option will cost you $9.95. Moosejaw also offers 3-day shipping for a cost of $7.95, 1-day shipping for $19.95 and a Freight option for $49.95 (this option requires someone present to sign for and inspect the package on delivery).
