Promotion instructions
Found your perfect purchase? When you're ready to checkout with Fila, hit the navy-blue 'checkout' button that appears in the top-right corner of the page whenever you add a new item to your basket. You'll be immediately asked to sign in (don't worry if you don't have a Fila account - you can create a new one or continue as a guest). You will see a section underneath the items in your shopping bag that allows you to 'Enter Coupon Code'. Please note that the box is case sensitive, so type your code in carefully to make sure the promo applies correctly. Once you've clicked 'apply', simply fill out the rest of your billing and shipping details and pay to complete your order.
Retailer policies
Fila offers a 30 day returns policy on unworn items. A fee of $8 will be removed from your refunded amount to cover the cost of the return. Final Sale cannot be returned under any circumstances. To start a return, sign into your Fila account and navigate your way to the returns page. Here you can type in your email address, order number and billing zip code and click 'Check Status'. Next hit 'Create and Print a Return Shipping Label'. A new tab will appear with your return label - please print the label and tape to your package (make sure any original labels are covered or removed). Include a copy of your packing slip in the parcel and drop it off at your local FedEx or Kinko’s location.
Fila FedEx Ground shipping as standard - it costs $8 for orders under $80 or is FREE for all orders over this amount. FedEx 2-Day shipping is also available at a cost of $16 (a surcharge of $3 will be added per additional item), along with FedEx Standard Overnight for $21 (a surcharge of $4 will be added per each additional item). Orders may take 2-3 business days to process and ship after you have received your confirmation email.
