Update your closet today with The Row. Shop all the latest designer knitwear in our selection. Crafted using materials such as wool and demonstrating a pared-back aesthetic, the brand’s line of knitwear is perfect for coordinating with a whole host of outfits. Specialising in elevated essentials that are made to last, the label’s range has something to suit every shopper. The label’s designs come in a range of colours and textures, too. Your wool knitwear will become more beautiful with time as long you take special care when maintaining them. Regular care and maintenance is needed to help keep wool knitwear in their original condition for longer. We recommend checking what is specified on the item’s care label, knitwear will be dry clean only, hand wash or machine washable on a delicate cycle. As the material is prone to shrinking in hot water, always wash in cold or low temperatures. Most wool is washable, with the main exception of structured pieces like suits, jackets and blazers, which are best spot cleaned. Otherwise, most wool can be either hand washed, or washed in the machine on a gentle cycle of 30°C or less, using a mild PH neutral detergent and turned inside out first. To minimize the risk of shrinkage, it is advised to soak in cold water before you put in the machine. The heat from the tumble dryer can also shrink your garment, so it is best to lay wool flat and allow to air dry away from sunlight and radiators. To ensure a silky, smooth appearance to your wool garment, iron inside-out on a low temperature setting, ideally when it is still damp.
