The idea for Splendid came about when Moise Emquies, a lawyer at the time was approached to create some T-shirts while waiting to receive his law exam results. An instant hit due to their precision craftsmanship and premium fabrics, the T-shirts were the start of Splendid, and the brand was officially launched in 2002. Now over a decade later, Splendid is home to a full range of clothing and footwear, with the range of Splendid waistcoats featuring faux fur and faux shearling styles ideal for layering over shirts, tops and jumpers.
