How To Care For Your Napapijri Jacket

The best way to care for your Napapijri jacket is to check the care label and always follow the instructions on it to ensure that your jacket remains in the best possible condition.

Waterproof jackets can generally be washed in the washing machine. 30°C(86°Fahrenheit) is the optimum washing temperature, although some waterproof materials can be washed at slightly higher temperatures. We advise that you clean off any debris with a brush or cloth prior to putting your jacket in the wash. Often, a clean microfiber towel dipped in warm water is the best method. We also recommend using a waterproof detergent over a regular one, as regular detergents can damage the jacket's waterproof coating.

Remember to always empty your jacket's pockets prior to washing, alongside doing up the zip and fastening any straps or flaps.

Are Napapijri Jackets Warm?

The entire Napapijri jackets range was founded on alpine concepts and designed to keep even the most adventurous of mountaineers warm. All jackets are down-free, but the Thermo-Fibre (™) will keep you warm and insulated, even in the coldest of temperatures. For something extra warm, opt for a jacket that's snowproof.

Are Napapijri Jackets Waterproof?

Many are, such as the Napapijri Rainforest, which is crafted from a waterproof outer shell. Jackets with high neck design such as the Skidoo and Puffer Abby are especially good waterproof picks, keeping your neck protected from rain, sleet, or snow.

Do Napapijri Jackets Come Down-Filled?

Napapijri's jackets are all 100% down and fur-free, instead using the brand's own insulating Thermo-Fibre (™) technology. This animal-friendly alternative is just as warm as down, though, having been trusted by mountain and hiking lovers since the brand's 1987 debut.
