A brogue that has learnt to climb: Paraboot’s Montana takes its cue from 1970s climbing shoes, which is why the toe and heel are wrapped in rubber, the same grip a steep trail asks for. The French shoemaker kept the rounded toe and the smart brogue shape, so it works in town as well as it does on a hill.
