Saint James is an historic French label best known for pioneering the iconic, quintessentially French striped fisherman’s sweater. It dates back to 1850, when the Legallais family's spinning plant, Les Filatures de Saint-James, began producing the yarn that local women used to craft these nautical sweaters. To this day, still located in the small village of Saint James, the company stays true to its roots.
