Inis Meáin

Luxury handmade knitwear brand Inis Meáin was founded in 1976, named after the small Aran Island off the west coast of Ireland where the heritage brand was born. Created by husband and wife duo Tarlac and Aine de Blacam, the label started by making sweaters for tourists. Revered for producing premium knits, Inis Meánin clothing offers luxury and style.

The Inis Meáin collections use the finest yarns from wool, cashmere, baby alpaca, linen and silk to create their distinguished styles. Drawing on the island’s rich heritage and the use of their select yarns, Inis Meáin has turned the island’s traditional fisherman’s garments into modern menswear styles.
