Stanfield's

Stanfield’s was founded in Canada in 1870 by Charles E. Stanfield. What originally started as the Tyron Woolen Mills, a company that produced cardigan jackets and stockings, quickly grew into a respected underwear and basics brand. Taken over by his two sons, John and Frank Stanfield in 1896, the label worked towards building a product line in one specific field; knitted merchandise. Together, the brothers developed the now-famous shrink-proof process, which catapulted the label to fame. Continually seeking out ways to develop and improve its product range, Stanfield’s is still recognized for its quality underwear to this day.
