Pineider is an historic Italian accessories label dating all the way back to 1774, when Francesco Pineider opened his first stationary shop in the heart Florence, in Piazza della Signoria opposite Michelangelo’s David. The shop started life producing and selling exclusive embossed paper, handmade by local artisans and craftsmen. Throughout the years, the company evolved to incorporate fine leather pens, desk sets, folders and accessories, personalized with initials and monograms. Today, it continues to be celebrated for its traditional accessories and, in 2009, was chosen by the Italian government as the official supplier of the G8 summit in Aquila, Italy.
