Founded in 1972 by Onnik E. Kouyoumdjian, an immigrant from a family of European shoemakers, Onex Shoes was born from a passion for both design and comfort. Each style has been carefully handcrafted in the United States from the finest leather and materials with special care taken to provide extra cushioned comfort. Always an innovator, Onex was the first to introduce the clear Lucite slide in the 1970s and continues to design shoes that work for every occasion.
