The Lowie label was founded in 2002 by Bronwyn Lowenthal, taking an ethical and sustainable approach to women’s ready-to-wear. The Lowie collections are inspired by vintage fashion, taking classic styles and reinterpreting them with distinct prints and unique color combinations. Lowie looks to pay its workers fairly and crafts all separates of ethically sourced materials, from organic or recycled cotton, to premium cashmere, lambswool, mohair or angora. Brand signatures include traditional smock style dresses in unusual colors and cutesy Peter Pan collars.
