Most commonly used search terms alongside turtleneck the following day were ‘sleeveless”, “sweater vest” and “bodysuit”, while black was the most in-demand color. Meanwhile, interest for white wide-leg trousers also increased by 55% since Monday.

Anorak jackets: Over the past couple of weeks, searches for anorak and waterproof jackets grew 13% and 24% respectively. Meanwhile, global demand for raincoats went up 20% since the beginning of the month. Most wanted brands for anorak and waterproof jackets include Rains, The North Face, Samsoe Samsoe and Fear of God.

Long cardigans: As cardigans are becoming a staple for this fall, shoppers are looking for longer styles. Searches for ‘long cardigans’ went up 15% since the beginning of this month, while searches including the term ‘chunky’ increased 33% month-on-month. Most sought after brands for long cardigans include J.W. Anderson, Alanui and Paloma Wool.

Emily in Paris: Netflix’s newly released series has generated significant buzz over the past week and fashion lovers have been searching for brands and products that feature, in particular the more affordable pieces and contemporary brands. Searches for Kangol’s “bucket” styles, for example, increased by 342% on Lyst, while searches for “beret hats” and “berets” in general rose collectively 41% week-on-week.
