Stella McCartney is a shining example on how much one’s parents can influence their child’s dreams. Stella is the daughter of The Beatles musician Sir Paul McCartney and mother Linda, a long-time animal rights activist. Being surrounded by so much creativity, Stella started her fashion label in 2001 after working as a creative director for Chloé. Her label is branded as being ethically and socially aware. “We do not use leather, skins or fur in any of our products,” Stella proclaims on her website, which is very much a nod to her mother’s activism. Inside the feminine collections, you’ll find an assortment of sophisticated clothing mixing solid color with figure-flattering illusion designs.
