Not many clothing labels easily make the jump from vintage store to wildly successfully online brand but Nasty Gal is one of the winners. The vintage store began life in LA in 2006 and the brand itself appeared in 2012, with the many years of honing an eye for fashion evident from the start. The brand's aesthetic is youthful and cool and yet also very feminine 'while it is pitched at women in their late teens and early twenties there is also plenty about the brand to recommend it to older fashion fans too, particularly the accessories lines such as the sunglasses. This is a great range for those looking for sunglasses that stand out but don't carry a designer tag 'cut out designs, colored lenses, heavily embellished shades and the odd vintage gem are all part of the fun.
