I could not have asked for better service. Pat PA. Bought for style not working out. Dont like how the tongue is attached to insole. Hard to put on. Nice, light and confortable. Good looking and the best for crossfit. Sizes run small. Very uncomfortable fit. Cheaply made. Overall a great shoe; however, the toe box is wide. Having a narrow foot meant this shoe won't work for me. Also, I wear an 8 but in this shoe 8 1/2. The style, coloring, and quality are great. Wish they had them in narrow. Got these shoes 2 months ago already falling apart. The sole is separating from the bottom of the shoe and the top where my foot bends is coming undone. Also understand that these shows are meant to be flat but they are uncomfortable and offer no knee support. For $120 youd expect for shoes to last you a long time. I have not gone anywhere crazy but go to the gym almost everyday and at times wear them at work. Going to try out the Nike Metcons which seem to be made of better material and based on reference are much more comfortable. It look great. Although the color wasn't what I had in mind I wanted the coral color. Hopefully I can keep looking to see there is one some other time. I have several other colors and love them all. Very comfortable and specially wider than some other brands. I had read mostly positive reviews on these CrossFit Nano's and many people said they'd work not only for CrossFit, but for running, strength training and HIIT workouts. However, I found them to be extremely uncomfortable and stiff. Also, doing push-ups in them or any other move in which the shoe needs to bend at the toe, they are especially uncomfortable to the point of painful (they are not a flexible shoe by any means). I am so disappointed in these shoes for the purposes in which I wanted to use them for. However, they are very solidly built and I can see how they could withstand a genuine CrossFit workout (rope climbing, etc). If you care about comfort and flexibility in a workout shoe, you may want to reconsider this shoe. If you will be putting the shoes through the ringer and want something that will not tear and you don't mind stuff shoes, perhaps these will suit your purposes. Color: green
