I bought these to train for boxing/ kickboxing since I hate being barefooted. These are doing the job to feel comfortable as you train. Pretty good shoe and comfy. Son was able to take straight from the box to the mats. No stiffness pure comfort!!! Highly recommend great shoe. Great wrestling shoe. Has more flexibility and comfort around ankle. A little more money but worth it! I had ordered two wrestling shoes for my son when in the boxing ring. We returned these because he liked the Nike Take Down much better. Said they were more comfortable. This is the first pair of wrestling shoes my son has worn, he has not complained about them not fitting or anything. I am reviewing these so Dick's stops sending me email requests to review them. After deleting the first three or four I decided this might make them stop. Buy from Dick's online but beware you will be sent emails endlessly. So far the jb elite wrestling shoes I bought my son have held up great. He is super impressed with the comfort of the shoes. My son has feet that are a little wider than standard, and these worked really well for him during wrestling season. He also tried a pair of Adidas ones, and they were good but narrower. I bought this shoe two months ago and they have been really good. They have the flexibility for Krav and they seem to be very sturdy. All and all it was a good purchase.
