I've been running in these shoes for a little over a month now and I love them. Very comfortable with great support. The shoes are very well made. You can see that more effort went into these than some other Asics. They're more expensive, sure, but if you're running don't settle for cheap. You get what you pay for. These should last me quite a while, so it's the same as buying 2 pair of less expensive shoes. Oh, and make sure you try the shoe on in store. Not all Asics fit the same. I know it doesn't make sense. Usually, different brands fit differently, but trust me I tried on a lot of shoes before picking these. Did not notice when I bought the pair. But on my first run (10k) my right foot hurt tremendously, and it was as if my foot was askew in the shoe. Nothing helped, tried walking on them for a while, no improvement. I work in Middle East and returning them to the shop was no option. Asics support is non existent and my request for advice were never answered. I ended up donating this pair to my local carwasher. Very supportive with amazing cushion! By far the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! I actually returned a pair of Nike FlyKnit's because I HATED them! Exchanged them for these and I absolutely loved them! Night and Day difference! Bought to help with my plantar fac. No pain at all while I'm wearing these shoes. They are a little heavy is the only reason for 4 of 5 stars. I think I'm switching from Nike to Asics. This is my second pair. They are so comfortable that I just ordered a second pair in case they get discontinued! I keep at least 6 pairs ( different colors). All the time. Haven't found anything else that makes my feet this happy. Color: red
