Once you've gotten your fix of the latest fashions on Intermix, click the black shopping bag icon in the top-left corner of the page, or hit the black 'checkout' button that appears whenever you add a new item to bag. Once you're in your shopping bag, find the promo code box on the right-hand side, just underneath your order summary, within the gray box. Simply type in your code just as it appears on your coupon or on the website, and click 'apply'. When you're happy that your promo has been correctly added to your order, click the black 'checkout' button to be taken to the payment and shipping pages. Enter your preferred details as normal and confirm your order to finish.

Intermix is now happy to offer FREE returns on all U.S. orders. Items which are not sale or final sale may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of delivery. You can also make a return to your nearest Intermix store. To complete an online return, log into your Intermix online account to generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Then, complete the Merchandise Return Form on the packing slip that was enclosed in your original order. Carefully pack your return, where possible using the original shipping box, and include a copy of your original Pack Slip and the Merchandise Return Form. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton before sending. When returning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as your return shipping carton.
All domestic Intermix orders are shipped via UPS - at checkout, you can select from four different shipping options for delivery within the United States. Please allow 1 - 2 business days after placing your order for processing (this time should be added on the delivery estimates for the below shipping options). Take advantage of Intermix's FREE Standard delivery which takes 5-7 working days after processing to arrive, or use their 3-Day Select Shipping Service for $20, 2nd Day Air Shipping Service for $25, or their Next Day Air Shipping Service for $35. Please note that Intermix do not currently offer Saturday deliveries.
