Laura Urbinati

Laura Urbinati is a Milanese designer who first rose to fame in the 1980s. Inspired by the beaches and oceans of California after travelling the area, Laura's first collection was a beachwear range, featuring a feminine aesthetic and minimal graphics. The collection was such a success that it lead her designs to be seen in top fashion magazines on supermodels Kate Moss, Christy Turlington and Claudia Schiffer. Laura opened her first store in Los Angeles in 1989, and subsequently the label has diversified to offer full collections of apparel, accessories and homeware, underpinned by clean lines, unpredictable colours, exclusive prints and a timeless aesthetic.
