Rene' Derhy

In the midst of the free love and happiness of the hippy 70s at the height of Woodstock, René and Yvette Derhy began to collaborate with Indian textile wizards to create a range of embellished tunics encrusted with mirrors, beads and a rainbow of color and shades. Created to be the antithesis of the concept of uniform, the full collection of clothing is imbued with a romantic, ethnic quality that pervades the every garment in the range, from the floral emblazoned blazers to crochet and cut worked blouses.
