Entirely handmade and created using antique looms with strictly no mechanically moving parts, Maria La Rose textiles are luxurious and unique. Her penchant for natural fibers like linen, silk and cashmere and her distinctive production methods were developed from a multi-disciplinary approach to knitting, crochet, embroidery and weaving. La Rose's eponymous label produces shawls, hats and socks as well as selected clothing and jewelry, all carefully handmade in Italy. Primarily a brand for women, Maria La Rose developed its first men’s collection in 2007. With a full complement of famous collaborators behind her, such as Moschino, Donna Karen and Vera Wang, Maria La Rose is a highly coveted designer on the international fashion stage.
