L'éclaireur

Founded in 1980 by Armand Hadida, Paris-based boutique L’éclaireur started as a distributor for directional brands including Dries Van Noten and Helmut Lang on the Champs Élysées. Innovators in the world of design, L’éclaireur switched up the traditional way of retail selling by offering a different concept in each of its six stores. For the purpose of creating a unique customer experience and a lasting relationship, L’éclaireur is renowned for its shop that has no windows and is entirely dark, its space that has clothes hidden behind walls and its Rue Hérold boutique that you can’t access unless you know where it is.
