Corsets and Catsuits: Following the release of British Vogue’s latest cover featuring Billie Eilish, online searches for corsets spiked 74% within two days. Similar pink pieces on Lyst saw a 42% jump in searches over the same period whilst searches for corset dresses increased 15%. Meanwhile, catsuits also rose in popularity (+33%) with “lace” and “vinyl” amongst the most popular search terms.

Neon Blazers: Fashion lovers are ditching their neutrals for colorful layers. Pageviews for “neon”, “bright” and “colorful” tailored blazers increased 22% collectively over the past month with Balmain’s neon yellow double-breasted blazer driving most searches. Spotted on Leonie Hanne and Hailey Bieber; searches for neon-green (+57%), bright yellow (+66%) and hot pink (+35%) blazers have been rising in popularity over the last month.

Minis: Short hems are amongst this season’s fastest rising trends. Over the past few weeks searches for mini skirts and shorts have increased 29% and 36% respectively. While midi-length dresses remain popular among shoppers, over the past couple of weeks searches for short and mini dresses have been growing at a faster pace (+44%). At the same time, searches including key terms such as “knit mini dress” (+21%), “smocked mini dress” (+45%), “pleated mini skirt” (+33%) and “denim mini skirt” (+48%) have all increased.

Cargo and Paperbag Pants: Since March, fashion searches for cargo pants have increased by 31%, with black green and natural being the most-wanted colors. Equally, interest in paperbag pants has increased by 21%. The items that shoppers have been saving to their wish lists the most are the &Other Stories relaxed cargo pants, the Ganni belted paperbag chinos and the Isabel Marant Étoile cargo pants.
