Converse sneakers: Kamala Harris covers the February issue of Vogue US; since its release over the weekend, global demand for Converse sneakers jumped on Lyst. The brand has topped the list of the most wanted sneakers while Chuck Taylors are searched on average 5 times every minute.

Argyle knitwear: With Harry Styles, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Olivia Wilde all sporting argyle knits in recent weeks, searches for similar pieces are now up 39% month-on-month. Since last week, searches for sweaters including the term “argyle” increased 26% whilst page views for sweater vests rose 17%.

Knit dresses: Since the start of January, page views of knitted dresses have increased 30%, reflecting the growing demand for comfortable but dressier loungewear. When searching for the category the most popular terms include “wool”,“ribbed” and “wrap”. In terms of colors, cream, green and earth tones are the most in demand.

The Serpent and 70s fashion: With the launch of BBC One’s new series The Serpent, the UK has seen a significant increase in searches for pieces inspired by Monique’s bohemian 70s style. Searches for flares (+39%), halter-neck tops (+33%) and printed hair scarves (+23%) have all increased since the series launched at the start of January while the words “psychedelic” and “printed” have collectively increased 45%.
