Bought 4 or 5 pieces from the new Threadborne line. Great fit and comfort, but you can't wear them outside. I don't understand why but 100% polyester shirts are notorious for absorbing outdoor odors. Usually if I'm looking to buy some clothing and it's poly, I make sure there is something else blended in, like spandex or cotton, to avoid the bad smell. I thought the new 100% poly Threadborne line with 'anti-odor' would be different, but I was wrong. They smell like a wet dog even after just 10 or 20 mins outside. I live in humid FL so maybe that has something to do with it. Back to being skeptical about 100% poly. Everything is great about the Threadborne line, but for whatever reason, the shirts hold a TON of static electricity. Every time I wear them I need to throw some lotion on all over my body first. The material is very soft, but the stitching around the shoulders is weird and uncomfortable. The sleeves are longer than the Tech tees and the body is cut much wider than all other UA shirts. I will not be ordering any more of this style. Material is a little thicker then the UA Tech which is my favorite T-shirt. My opinion is that it does not dry as quick as the lighter UA Tech. Shirt sits a little tighter then other UA shirts that are sold as loose fitting. My biggest issue with the shirt are the weird seems going across the shoulders that create an awkward look. I really liked this shirt a lot when I got it and another (the v neck). I wore it to a popular theme park and in the process of holding my child throughout the day this shirt got extremely pilly. I have no idea why. My other threadborne shirt did the same as well. Very disappointing as I own a lot of under armor and Nike drift it clothing. I really thought I liked this. I like this material for its comfort, and the fit is quite nice. However, the materials is not anti-microbial in any way, and gets smelly rather quickly and difficult to wash out. It's an unfortunate side-effect since I generally like the shirt, but it's hard to feel good about wearing a stinky shirt to the gym! I purchased 2 of the crew neck and 2 v neck in this shirt. I really like the lighter material that has a more of a cotton feel than the typical polyester mix that stinks when you get into the sunlight with them. Living in Texas we have very hot and humid weather about 8-9 months out of the year. I have a closet full of UA and other brands moisture wicking shirts and threw out all my full cotton shirts due to feeling suffocated in them when I begin to sweat. Some of the complaints I have are that I did find out of the 4 shirts I purchased there is a slight difference in sizing in all of them, and the material is so thin that it does not wick moisture away like a typical UA shirt and you will get wet marks everywhere sweat is present. Not bad for a first generation but hopefully they improve. Perhaps it's Under Armor sizing in general, but ordering a standard M as I typically do for other brands resulted in a much baggier fit. Although it's supposed to be cut loose, the cut of the shoulders felt more like a large. Note: as a swimmer, I don't think I have particularly small shoulders. I wanted to try out the performance of the shirt, but due to the sizing, I was unable to. This review was collected as part of a promotion.. Color: blue
