For Purple’s 20th anniversary, we decided to present this season’s collections by shooting a number of emerging, mostly unknown models at the dawn of their careers. In an era when the cultural importance of high fashion can be taken too seriously, we wanted to celebrate the designers we love in a natural and spontaneous way, and have Terry shoot like he did in the ’90s: a pretty girl in front of a pocket camera.
