Can I make my own lyst?

Sure! Your lyst is the best place for your to save and organize your favorite fashion finds, and get alerted as soon as any of them go on sale!

How do I add items to my lyst?

Just move your mouse over the item you want to add and press the button the says ‘Add to Lyst’.

How do I make a collection in my lyst?

With your mouse, drag an item you want to add towards the bottom of the page. The collection tab will open and you can release the item within the dotted line that says ‘Drop to create a new collection.’ You can also drop the item to add it to an existing collection you have in the tab.

Why should I follow someone else’s lyst?

Following other people’s lysts lets you get all their latest fashion and sales updates as soon as they come in, keeping you in the loop.

Are all your products brand new and authentic?

Yes, every product you see on this site is guaranteed to be authentic and brand new. We only work with stores and designers who we know carry authentic and brand new stock.

How do Sales Alerts work?

Just add any item to your lyst and we’ll email you the instant it goes on sale in any store worldwide that will ship to you, so you’ll be the first to know.

What's your shipping or delivery policy?

Lyst helps you find the best places from around the world to buy from - we never sell any items directly from our site. Shipping and delivery policies will vary by retailer - you will be able to find details about them on their own website.

Why am I seeing prices in an unusual currency?

We try to show you all prices in the currency of the country you are in when you visit our site. If you want to change the country setting, you can do so by clicking here or on the country name in the footer at the bottom of every page. Please note that not all products can be shipped to every country worldwide, so by changing country you may no longer be able to purchase a particular product.

Why can't I register certain usernames?

If you try to select a username and see that it has already been claimed, you will need to select a different one. If you see an error message when you try to select a username, but you don’t think it’s taken, it could be because the username contains the words “Lyst” or “Admin”. Only official Lyst accounts can contain these words. Your username also cannot be longer than 15 characters.
