Royal College of Art graduate Erdem Moralioglu cites his design signatures at ‘colour, optimisim and oddities’ and it is the combination of these three concepts that make him fashion’s most loved newcomer. He worked at Diane Von Furstenberg before winning a British Fashion Council award in 2005, which really launched his career. Erdem is best known for his prints which he continually expands upon each season, adding a new dimension to his designs. His latest collection is heavily inspired by the 1920’s Ballet Russes, with ruffled dresses, heavily beaded gowns and long flared maxi skirts.▼
