Whenever I look back to the 70s, especially in matters of fashion, I always see a lot of orange, brown, and other rather warm colours such as bordeaux. The decade of Hippies did not only make bell-bottoms popular (as you can see on this original vintage picture) it became significant as the baggy, frumpy but still extremely elegant decade of Fashion. To create an outfit inspired by this decade, I chose the long Maggie Skirt By Goldie in Bordeaux with a leather belt combined with a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Zip-2 Wedge Bootie in honey golden orange (reinforces the retro effect), an reddish orange Burberry Cropped Linen-twill and Trench Coat and a simple black Mulberry Postman Lock Travel bag. Hello 70s!

Playing out this season's sweetly retro looks: Fifties pin-up glamour, gingham shirts and happy-go-lucky florals, animal prints and patterns. This collection reflects is a mix of denim retro ocre and a knit in different blue shades. Miu Miu's leopard sunglasses give the whole outfit a retro elegant look.
