French designer Gabriella Cortese launched Antik Batik in 1992 after feeling inspired by a trip around the world. Cortese was heavily influenced by her exotic travels resulting in her free-spirited, vivid collection. She combines vibrant colours and traditional intricate embroideries from India, Africa and South America making the Antik Batik incredibly unique.
